He is Risen.

'Til on that cross, as Jesus died,

The wrath of God was satisfied.

For every sin on Him was laid,

Here in the death of Christ I live.

There in the ground, His body lay

Light of the world, by death was slain.

Then bursting forth that glorious day

Up from the grave He rose again!

And as He stands, in victory,

Sin's curse has lost it's grip on me.

For I am His, and He is mine,

Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

I hope you had a wonderful Easter, celebrating with loved ones. 

I am thankful that I have been made righteous through the death and resurrection of Jesus.

He has conquered death.

He is risen indeed.

I spent the day with one of my best friends, and her awesome family.  We ate a delicious breakfast, went to church, and then my nieces enjoyed hunting for Easter eggs.  It was lovely.
